b. If a particular flower or color is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable alternative of equal or greater value.

a. Orders can be placed through our website, Facebook, Instagram, phone, or in person at our physical store.

DELIVERY AREAS AND TIMES

a. We reserve the right to refuse to certain locations that may be inaccessible or pose a risk to the quality of our products.

b. Delays resulting from unexpected circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or damages during transit by our third-party courier, are beyond our liability.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

a. Once an order is placed, modifications to the items or colors may be limited, especially if the order is already in the process of being fulfilled.

b. Cancellation or modifications made after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 500 php.
